HIND DEPENDENT TRACTION CAR PARKING SYSTEM consists of four laterals supports rigidly grouted to the floor with anchor bolts on a levelled concrete floor. Motor & Chain move via a common hoisting slider – which are guided on the supports the platform. The synchronism of the Motor during rising and lowering is equalized via a change torsion wave. An automatic electromagnet lowering blocking to prevent unintentionally lowering as well as a catch hook acts as a safety device. It is also known as 4 post /stack car parking system.
Elements bulit in Mechanical Parts: -
- 1 platform consisting of anti-skidding design and 2 side beams, supporting structure, consisting of 4 support frames with hoisting slide bracings to the pit floor
- 1 upper traverse as frame bond above the platform where the car will be parked, 2 lowering blocking, small parts (dowels, screws, etc.) fixing material & 1 sheet metal channels take in the electric cables. This sheet metal channel is installed as frame bond from support to support above the pipe the floor is free.
