A simple Hydraulic or Motor lifting and lowering technique used to park two cars one above the other. It has one horizontal platform on the upper parking bay. The lower parking bay is accessible directly on the floor. The platform has one wedge for car positioning. Operation in accordance with the “hold-to-run” principle (control device shall automatically return to the “off” position after release) by means of series of keys. The operation buttons are typically located at supports or outside the system. It is basically 2 types:
Hydraulic Car Parking System
It consists of two lateral supports rigidly grouted to the floor with anchor bolts on a levelled concrete floor. Two Hydraulic cylinders move via a common hoisting slider which are guided on the supports the platform. The synchronism of the Hydraulic cylinder during rising and lowering is equalized via change torsion wave. An automatic hydraulic lowering is blocking to prevent unintentionally lowering as well as a catch hook acts as a safety device. It is also known as 2 post car parking system.

Traction Car Parking System
It consists of four laterals supports rigidly grouted to the floor with anchor bolts on a levelled concrete floor. Motor & Chain move via a common hoisting slider – which are guided on the supports the platform. The synchronism of the Motor during rising and lowering is equalized via a change torsion wave. An automatic electromagnet lowering blocking to prevent unintentionally lowering as well as a catch hook acts as a safety device. It is also known as 4 post /stack car parking system.
Elements bulit in Mechanical Parts: -
- 1 platform consisting of anti-skidding design and 2 side beams, supporting structure, consisting of 4 support frames with hoisting slide bracings to the pit floor
- 1 upper traverse as frame bond above the platform where the car will be parked, 2 lowering blocking, small parts (dowels, screws, etc.) fixing material & 1 sheet metal channels take in the electric cables. This sheet metal channel is installed as frame bond from support to support above the pipe the floor is free.
